Crew Review: A delectable comedy packed in a serious game

After Chor Nikal ke bhaga, Bollywood has been seriously considering - girls can have fun.

Rajesh Krishnan's mid-air comedy depends on the shoulders of feisty protagonists to bring life to this sweet yet sour tale.

It is the story of Geet (Don't whip guys it's Tabu this time), Divya (Kriti), and Jasmine (Kareena) who have been serving and handling passengers of Kohinoor Airlines. All three are tired of their dysfunctional life and the meagre salary is bringing no good for them. Jasmine is obsessed with luxury brands and lives by faking it on social media. Divya has lied to her family about ending up as an air hostess instead of becoming a pilot. Nothing creates friendship more than ugly secrets to hide. After being unpaid for months, the life of these women takes a rocky turn as they find themselves entangled in a smuggling investigation.

The first half is terrific. With the revelation of their chairman fleeing away to Dubai (Even his name is Vijay), these three ladies decide to take their hard-earned money back from them. The crazy plan which is stupid from the beginning and this makes it more fun and convincing will make you roll. Writers Nidhi Mehra and Mehul Suri keep the game on with their funny punches. Bebo's Jasmine breaking into Sona kitna sona hai will make laugh instantly. Humor stemmed from the character's unapologetically and there is no room for serious conversation.

Talking about the performance is the journey of three women. And the stars of this fun game bring their camaraderie most smoothly. Tabu and Kareena exude star energy and show how oomph should be done. Kareena as Jasmine is her smooth portrayal after Geet. She has shown she is more than Singham's heroine. Torn between life and career, Tabu is terrific. After her breathtaking performance as bhootni in last year's Bhool Bhulaiya she is back with a bling. These two are electrifying throughout their appearance. Kriti has Divya have to struggle to attract attention while juggling between themselves. Her chemistry with Diljit is more like salt-less chana masala. Daljit as the man within this trio leaves a charming impression. The man knows how to make you laugh without shaming...

Crew makes you laugh while serving some cheesy humor punch. If comedy is your favorite, then you should not miss this laugh triot
